STEPS FOR A NAIL SERVICE AT THE SALON
INSPECT & FINISH
Check overall finish, fix any imperfections, ensure client is satisfied.
3. Clean & Prep nail surface
Remove old polish if any, lightly buff nail surface, clean with nail prep solution to remove oils and dust.
1. Consult & Sanitize
Greet client, discuss desired nail style, color, and length.

2. Cut cuticles & Shape nails
Soften cuticles, push back and trim excess skin, trim nails to desired length, and shape (square, oval, almond, etc.).
Builder gel or acrylic powder, cure under lamp. For regular/gel polish: apply base coat, 2 coats of color, cure if gel. Add decorations like stickers, rhinestones, or nail art.
4. Cut cuticles & shape nails
Apply top coat, cure if needed, remove sticky layer if gel, and apply cuticle oil or hand cream.
5.Apply top coat & moisturize
